Product Overview

Wikibet is an online casino and sportsbook that supports only fiat payments. Beyond delivering a wide variety of gaming content, the product was designed with a strong educational focus — helping players understand how different games work and how the iGaming ecosystem operates.

The platform includes:

• Slots, crash, table, live, and instant games
• Sportsbook and eSports betting
• A dedicated “How to” and blog section with tutorials, guides, and infographics

The goal was to create a product that combines entertainment with transparency and player education, while maintaining a smooth and intuitive user experience.

Design Process

01 | Research

I analyzed 20+ online casinos across multiple markets to understand:

• Player behavior and expectations
• Common usability patterns
• Strengths and weaknesses of existing platforms

This competitive audit helped identify industry standards as well as gaps and opportunities for differentiation.

02 | Define

Based on the research, I compiled a detailed pros and cons matrix and translated it into key product goals:

• Reduce friction in core user flows
• Make navigation simple and predictable
• Ensure quick access to games and betting
• Support both experienced and first-time players

The primary objective was to create short, intuitive flows that minimize cognitive load.

03 | Ideate

The concept focused on two differentiation pillars:

1) Personalized visual experience

I designed 300+ custom game thumbnails to create a consistent, branded, and premium feel across the platform. This level of detail helped reinforce trust and product quality.

2) Player education as a core feature

A dedicated “How to” hub was developed, featuring:

• Game tutorials
• Industry insights
• Educational blog content
• Infographic-style explanations

This positioned Wikibet as a platform that not only entertains but also helps players make informed decisions.

04 | Design

After aligning with stakeholders on the product direction and feature set, I created the full UX/UI solution, including:

• Information architecture and navigation structure
• User flows for core journeys
• Responsive interface design
• Visual consistency across casino, sportsbook, and content sections

The final product balances high content density with clarity, ensuring fast exploration without overwhelming the user.
