About Me
The experience and mindset behind my work in product and design
Lazar Vidojevic
I'm a Product Manager and Product Designer focused on building practical, user-centered digital products that solve real business problems.
With over 10 years of experience in UX/UI and visual design, my approach to product is grounded in user experience, clarity, and simplicity. Over time, my role evolved from design into full product ownership, combining strategy, execution, and delivery.
Today, I work on B2B and platform products across industries such as logistics, fintech, and iGaming. My work focuses on translating business goals into structured roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering in fast-moving environments.
I'm comfortable working across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and prioritization to user flows, requirements, and hands-on interface design when needed. This hybrid approach helps bridge the gap between business, design, and engineering.
I also keep up with modern tools and workflows, including AI-assisted research, documentation, and prototyping, using them to improve speed and efficiency while keeping strong product fundamentals.
If you're building something ambitious and need someone who can think like a product manager and execute like a designer, I'd be happy to connect.
How I Work
Speed with Structure
Fast delivery without chaos. Work is broken into clear priorities, small iterations, and early releases to create momentum while maintaining quality.
Outcome Over Output
Features are driven by real problems and business goals. The focus stays on user value, impact, and measurable progress — not just shipping more functionality.
End-to-End Product Thinking
From discovery and roadmapping to user flows and high-fidelity design, the goal is to keep strategy, experience, and execution connected throughout the product lifecycle.
Clear & Transparent Communication
Regular updates, realistic timelines, and open trade-offs keep stakeholders and teams aligned. No surprises, no hidden risks.
Modern Tools, Practical Approach
New tools and technologies, including AI, are used where they add speed or clarity, while keeping strong fundamentals in product thinking, design, and decision-making.
Builder Mindset
Working on products outside of day-to-day responsibilities helps keep the approach practical, lean, and focused on real-world execution from idea to launch.
